Decided to give this a try after my food friend showed us how it's done yesterday!

Check out this patient's transformation using an AI morph - the before and after is REAL, only the transition is done using AI. I think this really helps showcase results much better than before and after photos!

I talk a lot about lower body lifts. Why? Read on.

1. Most weight loss patients need more than a tummy tuck. When you've lost 50-100 or more pounds, a standard tummy tuck won't reshape the entire torso. A lower body lift gives you the benefit of reshaping not only the front and back of the torso but also the outer thigh!
2. Combined with liposuction of the flanks and a BBL, this is one of the most powerful procedures for weight loss patients. It allows complete contouring of the abdomen, lower back, and buttocks.
3. If you're contemplating a lower body lift, not all surgeons perform it and many do not do a high definition lower body lift like we do. Make sure you see good results before scheduling your consultation!

This wonderful lady lost over 100 pounds but was unhappy with how she looked. She is barely 6 weeks out from surgery. Amazing result and her scar will only improve over time!

Please don't comment about the scar if you're comparing older scars to this lady. This is an early result that will fade with time.

I have said 1,000 times and I'll say it again: patients who put in the work get the best results. This mom gave selflessly to her children and after all her hard work, wanted to reward herself. We knocked it out of the park with her and she's thrilled with her results!

One of my favorite aspects of a patient's journey and evolution is when patients refuse social media during their initial surgery, but after they see their results they change their minds and are ready to show the world. Not saying this was the case here 😆

What is muscle tightening and how does it work?

Muscle tightening is part of the tummy tuck procedure. It is a condition where two sides of the re**us abdominal muscles separate along the midline of the abdomen.

Normally, the re**us muscles run vertically on each side of the belly button, joined tightly in the center. When this tissue is overstretched, the muscles drift apart, creating a bulge or pooch in the midsection, even if the person is thin or fit.

Make sure you pick a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon that knows what they are doing, because this patient previously had a tummy tuck and we found NO evidence of muscle tightening.

Interested in a procedure? This covers most (but not all!) of the surgeries I perform. About 5 years ago, I stopped performing surgery of the face and neck (except for the occasional liposuction and fat transfer) to focus exclusively on breast and body. This has allowed me to hone in and focus my skills on a limited number of surgeries so that I can become an expert in these specific surgeries. There is value in not operating on every patient who walks in the door simply because they asked.
