April is Stress Awareness Month 🤍

In a world that constantly tells us to keep going, it can feel hard to slow down—but your mind needs care just like your body does. Chronic stress can take a real toll on your mental health, and rest is not something you have to earn.

Taking a pause, setting boundaries, asking for support, or simply giving yourself a moment to breathe are all valid and necessary.

Meet Sarah ✨

A Florida native and proud graduate of Stetson University, Sarah holds a Master’s in Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling, and is a certified PREPARE/ENRICH facilitator.

Sarah brings warmth, curiosity, and compassion into every session—meeting clients exactly where they are and tailoring her approach to support their unique journey. She is passionate about working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, with a special heart for adolescents and teens.

With experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, and self-harm, Sarah is dedicated to helping others find meaning, build resilience, and reconnect with their sense of self. She believes every person is one-of-a-kind, capable of overcoming life’s challenges, and that even adversity can become a source of strength.

At the core of her work, Sarah empowers clients to become the authors of their own story—using counseling as a tool to grow, heal, and move toward their dreams. 🌿

Celebrating our March Employee of the Month, Priya! 🌟

Priya is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in community mental health. She earned her Bachelor’s in Nursing from Western Governors University and her Master’s degree from the University of South Alabama. Throughout her career, she has treated both children and adults in inpatient and outpatient settings, supporting individuals with a wide range of acute and chronic mental health diagnoses.

What truly sets Priya apart is her commitment to creating a safe, collaborative space where patients feel heard and empowered as partners in their treatment. Her passion for mental health advocacy and dedication to reducing the generational stigma surrounding mental health continues to make a meaningful impact on our community.

We’re so grateful to have Priya on our team—congratulations on this well-deserved recognition! 💙👏
