Opportunities to Stay Healthy
In the spirit of healthy minds, hearts and bodies, I want everyone to know that I am offering the option of virtual sessions. I am set up to use Facetime and Skype and shortly will be offering Zoom as a way of connecting. If you are experiencing any symptoms including the morning of your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible and your virtual preference for connecting and your session is on. If you choose to cancel because you are sick please know that any late cancellation fees are waived too.
You may also keep your office visits as well- we are practicing universal precautions with our surfaces by using sanitizer and hand washing after every session.
Please let me know your preference before your next session.

Below is a meditation offering. Please think on it as a soothing balm as you stay informed and updated on developments to yours and our communities health.
Good morning everyone,
I am choosing to and encouraging everyone else looking to expand their mindfulness practice to start the day with the affirmation:
'There is more than enough for all that I need.'
And from this affirmation, taking personal steps that encourage compassion over fear.
As you meditate this morning, breathe in compassion (imagining a beautiful radiant color of your choice) and breathe out fear (using also a color you associate with fear). Breathe in the color of compassion and exhale out the color of fear until there the color of compassion is all you see feel or experience.
And as you imagine this beautiful color of compassion radiating out of your skin in all directions, picture yourself acknowledging everyone you come into contact today with a smile and perhaps a brief nod or hello. Visualize the color of your compassion flow thru the screens and devices you use to connect with others today as well.
Let this be the message all of us carry in our hearts and out and into our communities today.
Namaste, Kurt
