Yesterday we had our November gathering and fundraiser pick up. It’s always great to see our sisters, catch up and do good. The money we raise will be used in the Central Florida community including donations to Advent Children’s Hospital. Thank you to Yvette for hosting and the delicious brunch!

Happy Prematurity Awareness Month! Tri Sigma is partnering with March of Dimes to promote prematurity awareness throughout the month of November. Here are a few ways you can advocate for the health of all moms and babies this month:

💜 Days of Gratitude: Sponsor lunch or make goody bags for NICU nurses or new parents.

💜 Sisterhood Challenge: Send at least three women information about low-dose aspirin and how it can help reduce the severity of preeclampsia, the leading cause of preterm birth.

💜 Spot the Shot: Take a selfie of yourself getting the flu and/or COVID-19 vaccine to help reduce the spread of these illnesses that are deadly to preterm babies.
