Blaming everything on karma might feel spiritual… but sometimes it’s just keeping you stuck.

Not everything is “meant to happen.”
Not everything is a lesson you deserved.
And not everything is some cosmic payback for who you used to be.

When you chalk everything up to karma, you stop questioning what’s actually happening and you stop advocating for yourself. Essentially you stop changing the patterns that are right in front of you.

And slowly, it turns into this quiet form of self-gaslighting…
Convincing yourself that pain is purpose.
That misalignment is fate.
That staying stuck is somehow growth.

Real growth asks you to get honest.
To notice what isn’t working.
To take responsibility without taking the blame for everything.

Love, you don’t need to justify your suffering to evolve.
You need awareness, choice, and the willingness to do something different.

Karma doesn’t keep you stuck.
Avoidance does.

POV: you spent years trying to look “put together” and your tag is still sticking out 😅

I used to think something was wrong with me
Late bloomer
Talked slower
A little clumsy
Always a beat behind in conversations

(Which was really adhd)

So I learned how to… perform
Speak faster
Overthink my words
Try to sound “smarter”
Polish every little thing so no one could see the awkward parts

But here’s what I didn’t realize back then…

Your subconscious is always reading energy
Not just words

And it can feel when someone is trying to be something they’re not

That subtle tension
That slight disconnect
That “something feels off but I can’t explain it” feeling

And the wild part…
The very things I was trying to hide
were the things that actually made me real, relatable, and me

Yes… all of these clips happened within 5 minutes
And yes… my tag is fully out like I learned nothing 😂

But honestly?
This is what it looks like to stop over-correcting yourself

To let your nervous system relax out of performance mode
To stop trying to earn belonging through perfection

Awkward isn’t a flaw
It’s unfiltered humanity

And people don’t connect to perfect
They connect to real

If you’ve been masking for a long time
your system just learned that being yourself wasn’t safe

That’s a pattern
And patterns can be reprogrammed

Yesterday was our very first Breath and Beats Pilot featuring Breathwork/Hypnosis led by me & Live music by

It truly was a magical experience.

There’s something about pairing intentional breath with live sound that bypasses all the mental chatter and allows the body to release pent up emotions they’ve been carrying. Afterwards I led them through a hypnotic reprogramming about being open to receive 🤍

Grateful for everyone who showed up and let themselves be moved. Literally and otherwise.
