Ever notice how the moment your body starts to work, your mind suddenly wants to process everything?
Movement opens the nervous system.
It creates space.
And the mind takes that opening as an invitation to speak.
Thoughts can surface. Emotions rise. Old stories knock.
The work isn’t to analyze them mid-workout.
It’s to not attach.
You don’t have to follow the thought.
You don’t have to solve the feeling.
You don’t have to make meaning of it right now.
Let the thought pass like background noise.
Let the emotion move through the body the way it’s asking to whether it’s by breathing, sweating, shaking, stretching, strengthening.
Your body already knows how to process.
Movement is the language.
When you stop gripping the story, the emotion completes its cycle and when we let go of trying to fix it what’s left is clarity, presence, and a quieter mind.
Move.
Feel.
Release.
