Last week, our second Culinary Medicine class took place at Grace Medical Home!💙

Partnering with Florida Blue and UCF College of Medicine our patients continue to learn healthy cooking techniques paired with practical nutrition education. Last week's menu included: black bean burgers, a yummy salad, and black bean brownies! 🥗🍔
