When Tori's plans were unexpecedly delayed, she walked through Grace's doors unsure of what came next. What she found was healing, purpose, and a calling she couldn't have imagined.

Today, Tori has come full circle- completing her final clinical rotation at Grace, the very place that helped her discover a model of care rooted in dignity, kindness, and faith.

Today’s Intern Lunch & Learn was all about “Knowing Your Why”—and the conversation couldn’t have been more meaningful. 💙

Our interns took time to reflect on what first sparked their passion for healthcare and service, and how staying grounded in their why can carry them through challenges and growth ahead. We were especially grateful for the added words of wisdom from Kaitlin and Jackie, current medical school students, who shared honest insights from their own journeys—reminding us that purpose evolves, perseverance matters, and compassion must always lead the way.

Moments like these affirm why investing in the next generation of caregivers is so important. When you know your why, it fuels everything you do.
