1. Start a symptom journal — sleep, mood, energy, cycle patterns, brain fog. You don’t need anything
fancy. A notes app on your phone works perfectly.

2. Look at your last 6 months of cycles — have they changed in length, flow, or regularity? These patterns matter.

3. Pull your last blood work — what hormone tests were actually included? If only TSH was checked, that’s the beginning of a very incomplete picture.
