Not losing weight? It might not be your food… it might be your sleep 👀
Everyone’s focused on calories and workouts
but no one’s talking about what happens after midnight
Poor sleep = higher cortisol
Higher cortisol = your body holding on to fat (especially belly fat)
So you can be doing “everything right”…
