✨ Let’s talk vestibular input! ✨
The vestibular system (aka our “movement and balance system”) plays a HUGE role in how kids move, learn, and feel in their bodies. 💫
Benefits of vestibular input include:�• Improved balance & coordination�• Better postural control and core strength�• Increased attention and focus�• Support for body awareness and motor planning�• Help with regulation and calming (yes, really!)
Things like swinging, spinning, rolling, jumping, and rocking all provide vestibular input—and when used intentionally in therapy, they help kids build confidence and functional skills for everyday life. 🌀💙

✨ What an inspiring weekend! ✨
I had the privilege of attending the Margarita Pasos Gira, "Yo Pude, Tu Puedes" and it was such a powerful experience. Margarita’s energy, wisdom, and passion lit up the room and reminded me of the importance of continuous growth—not just professionally, but mentally and personally as well.
Walking away with tools to think bigger, grow stronger, and keep pushing toward new levels of excellence was exactly what I needed. 🌱💡
So grateful for the opportunity to learn and be surrounded by so many driven and motivated people. 🚀
