It was truly inspiring to see so many generous hearts rally together for the children and families we serve. Honored to have presented virtually at American Society Of Plastic Surgery Annual Meeting in New Orleans.

My talk, “Pediatric Maxillectomies: Reconstruction or Let It Be?”, highlighted the nuances that make tumor removal in children distinct from adults and discussed why reconstruction is not always necessary.

It was a privilege to share this panel with my mentor, Dr. Anthony Tufaro from the Cleveland Clinic, and to continue advancing specialized care for children with head and neck cancer. Thank you for the invitation. .grey_

This past week, I had the honor of presenting at Pediatric Grand Rounds at AdventHealth for Children on pediatric head and neck tumors and anomalies. 💙

At our children’s hospital, we are one of only a few programs in the country dedicated to caring for children with rare head and neck pathology—bringing together expertise and compassion to offer families hope and healing.
