SCRAMBLED EGGS WITH SAUTÉED MUSHROOMS, BROCCOLI & AVOCADO

This nutrient-dense, low-carb breakfast is packed with protein, healthy fats, and tons of flavor! Perfect for starting your day right.

Ingredients:

• For the scrambled eggs:

◦ 2 large eggs

◦ Salt and pepper to taste

◦ 1 tsp olive oil or butter for cooking

• For the veggies:

◦ ½ cup mushrooms, sliced

◦ ½ cup broccoli florets, chopped

◦ 1 tsp olive oil

◦ Salt and pepper to taste

• For serving:

◦ ½ avocado, sliced

Directions:
Sauté the Veggies: In a skillet, heat 1 tsp olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and chopped broccoli. Sauté for 4-5 minutes, or until softened, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Scramble the Eggs: While the veggies are cooking, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. In another skillet, heat 1 tsp olive oil or butter over medium heat. Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and gently stir to scramble, cooking for 2-3 minutes until set but still soft.
Combine: Once the veggies are cooked, plate them and top with the scrambled eggs.
Serve with Avocado: Arrange the sliced avocado on top of the eggs and veggies, or on the side for an extra creamy touch.

That’s wealth.

Money can buy a lot of things, but not your time back.

2. Good health

I’ve watched loved ones lose it — and nothing else matters.

When you have energy to move, play, lift, walk, breathe without pain…
don’t take that for granted.

3. A quiet mind

For years, my head was loud even when life looked good on the outside.
There’s no investment account for peace.
But it might be the most valuable asset we’ll ever own.

4. Slow mornings

Coffee on the porch. 6 minute journal. Kids still asleep.

Not rushing is rare.

But it’s where I hear God the clearest.

5. Freedom to move

Whether it's a spontaneous road trip or just walking the dog without looking at the clock…

That’s power.

Freedom you feel.

6. A house full of love

Laughter in the kitchen.

Wrestling matches in the living room.

Hugs after a hard day.

You can’t fake it. You can’t buy it.

But man… that’s the kind of rich I’ll always chase.

I’ve built businesses. Sold companies. Hit big numbers.

But this is what I come back to.

Most people chase wealth they can post.

But the real ones?
