Whether you’re a poet, storyteller, musician, first-time sharer, or just here to listen… this night is for you. No competition. No pressure. Just art, heart, and community in honor of Human Trafficking Awareness month 💫

Wishing one of our founders a very happy birthday today! 🥳✨

When our co-founders came together in 2024, they had a dream of transforming mental health in the community. We are working towards that dream each and every day with our programming, partnerships, events, and community outreach.

So grateful for this journey ahead & all the incredible people that make it happen! 💛

As the end of the month approaches, we want to acknowledge that holidays can bring a mixed bag of emotions. For some it’s festive and filled with love & warmth, but for others it can filled with difficult reminders and grief.

Taking care of your mental health during this time is essential 👏🏻 and Equine-facilitated Psychotherapy is a great way to do it! ✨

But why EFP?

At Life Reins, we believe healing happens in relationships.

Horses mirror our emotions and help us reconnect to our bodies, our boundaries, and our sense of safety.

Through EFP, our clients learn grounding, trust, communication, and empowerment — one moment at a time.

UNSPOKEN brings together survivors, advocates, therapists, creatives, and our local community for a powerful night of spoken word and awareness.

Last night was definitely one for the books! Our 1st Annual Reins for Resilience Gala is officially under our belt and we are SO incredibly thankful for everyone who showed up to make it such a special night.

We are already thinking about ways to make it even better for next year. We can’t wait to see all the photos and videos from the evening!
