Exciting addition to our team, practices, offerings and growth, launching in January🦚🎉! Welcome Maureen (she/her) to our flock. Maureen has been a flock friend for a good long while and we couldn’t be more happy to have her. there’s two really awesome things happening this new year. She will be teaching our Monday 6:30 AM sunrise class weekly starting January 5. Maureen will also be hosting Ashtanga Yoga Primary Mysore classes three times a week on Tuesdays-Thursdays 6-8:30am- and Saturdays 7-8:45am , through her company platform. What does this mean? If you would like to see Maureen for sunrise, you will sign up through our site and that class is included with all peacock memberships and class packs. If you are looking for classes, you will go thru her profile/link/bio. It is not included in Peacock membership. You are completely encouraged to explore and she can’t wait to see you on your mat. This seasoned pro is someone we know you will enjoy learning from and can’t wait for you to get to know in the new year. Cheers!
