So much to say, yet what do you say. Some days it feels wrong to sell yoga when people we love are being harmed in real time.
So this isn’t a pitch. It’s a check-in.
Our eyes are up. Our hearts are out. We’re paying attention. We’re angry when it’s warranted, soft when it’s needed, and committed to love, kindness, and a little ass-kicking where it counts.
This studio isn’t separate from the world—it’s responding to it.

We’re back & we’re plotting the weekend. Scheming for the dreaming. And hope to see you this Saturday for the ever popular procrastinator’s vision board workshop. This, typically sold out workshop, is on Saturday, January 10 at 1 PM. We will enjoy a gentle yoga, practice, guided meditation, and then open the floor for all your manifestations. Come craft with community and intention. Cost is 35 per person. If cost is prohibitive to you, please email us. We are happy to get everyone in that we can. 12 spots left.

When we build strength, we build longevity. And it doesn’t have to look only one way that would leave anyone behind. Because here, we have a choose your own yoga adventure program. Choose Chair, perhaps? Chair meets every Tuesday and Thursday at 11am. You can sign up ahead of time or just come in a few minutes before class. The bonus? The community.
