This Saturday, Naomi is back with another supremely supportive round of wall yoga. This class is good for anyone. You read that right. Whether you’re just starting out, or a seasoned daily Yogi, this workshop will give you a strong break, new options, different perspective, and a sense of calm in your heart that cannot be replicated because Naomi is a literal angel. Yo! We’re offering an entire evening of solace, calm, community and respite tonight from 6-7:30pm with in Light, restorative yoga, some tea sipping, a little journaling to clear your mind. $20 pp and please join us. The cutoff to register is 1pm today 🦚
