One of the biggest constraints in value-based care isnโ€™t technology. Itโ€™s multi-payer alignment.

As Henish explains, even within Medicare, quality isnโ€™t defined the same way. MSSP and REACH measure success differently, so the same Medicare patient will be managed differently under each program.
