You of all people know how much if a hot head you can be and you know its a problem and the reason why you aren't where you feel like you should be. If you can master self discipline then, you basically lose direction when you let anger or sadness get the best of you and you forget who you are energetically. Discipline means acknowledging that you dropped the ball and are going to take the steps to get back on track and though you are helpful and insightful to others you know you can be your own worst critic.
