*Location Update!* NOW OFFERED ONLINE! This May, Redeemer Counselors Sara Nooft and Madeline Allen will be leading a recovery group for women who have experienced sexual abuse.

Many women carry the weight of sexual abuse alone, but deep healing can happen when they feel seen and understood by others with similar experiences. This 4-week group is designed to rebuild a sense of safety, both internally through grounding and mindfulness, and relationally through supportive, respectful connection.

Our team had the priviledge of hearing from Ethan Moss, board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, this morning. Ethan shared about his work in medication management and how important it is to him to spend extra time with his clients to build trust and create a safe space for open conversations, prioritizing a holistic approach to care considering physical, emotional, and spiritual health. We loved having you with us, Ethan!
