I am currently a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern and hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, a Master of Arts Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College, and I am a National Certified Counselor. I am a member of The American Psychological Association, The American Counseling Association, The Mental Health Counselors of Central Florida, and The National Association for Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors.
My professional career spans 30 years before recently entering private practice. For 20 years, I was a corporate trainer specializing in employee motivation. I have spent over 25 years working voluntarily with individuals who struggle with issues of addiction and I have spent the last year working as a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern at an intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization substance abuse treatment program in Winter Park, FL. I have actively supported the LGBTQ community for the past 30 years in Connecticut, New York, and Florida.
