This topic is dear to my heart, and I know there are a lot of folks out there that can relate and find this to be especially painful around the holidays. There is a rising trend of family cutoffs- and though this may be the appropriate solution in some cases, there are alternative solutions to consider for others.

Just remember: you are doing the best you can with what you have!
