We came in second place at the Victory Cup.
And we were absolutely thrilled.💙

Our Executive Director Lauren Lashbrook walked into a room full of Central Florida’s most dedicated community leaders and told our story.

She talked about the people who called us when the cost was too high and the waitlist was too long.
About what it meant to finally find a place that said yes.
About what we’ve always believed:

🌿 Healing and hope belong to every heart and mind in Central Florida.

The room heard us.✨

Second place meant this community looked at what Grace Counseling was doing and said:

This matters. We want more of this.

Now we’re asking you to say it, too.

Every session costs $120 to provide.
Our clients pay an average of $60.
That $60 gap was closed entirely by people who believed their neighbor deserved care.🌿

Any amount closes the gap.

Central Florida residents are living inside that shortage. They’re waiting. They’re struggling. They’re searching for someone who can help — and can’t find anyone they can afford.

🚨 Our community is in a mental health crisis — and the numbers don’t lie.

Florida has the second highest rate of mental illness in the nation. The state’s behavioral health workforce meets just 24% of the total estimated need. And the gap is growing.

Behind every statistic is a person who couldn’t get an appointment. A family that couldn’t afford the session. A child who waited too long for help.

Grace Counseling is fighting to change that — one family at a time, across 107 ZIP codes in Central Florida. 💙
