Evan got into great shape for my wedding but afterwards he got “really lax” on working out and didn't really focus on eating healthy. Over time it began to show.
His energy was low. Evan needed either coffee, caffeine pills or a nap to get through the day.
Evan's clothes were getting tighter or just not fitting at all and his blood pressure kept climbing.
He kept a bottle of tums on his nightstand because heartburn in the middle of the night was a regular occurrence. This was the trigger that it was time for a change.
