Sanctuary Therapy, PLLC, is a place where clients can feel safe and work on healthier lifestyle choices, family life, and relationships. Rob Lamoureux, Director of Sanctuary Therapy, is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, both through the Texas Department of State Health Services. He is also a clinical member of the American Association of Marriage & Family Therapists (AAMFT) practicing in Orlando, FL, Rob is also licensed as an LMFT in MI & FL. Rob believes therapy helps people by offering a new perspective in the ways people see their relationship or partner, family, life goals, or future plans. While therapy allows people a safe place to release the stress and aggravations of living in the world, it also allows them a little time to truly be themselves without judgment. Every relationship has individuals with their own personalities and challenges. This is also true with interfaith, intercultural, alternative lifestyles, and GLBT couples. It is important to work with a therapist who is open to your religion, culture, and s*xuality so there is no limitation in your therapy process. Rob specializes in these areas because it is where he has found great success with people.

Greetings! I do not post here a lot but for those who are interested I have finished the first three chapters of my dissertation project for a Ph.D. in Sexology! I am looking forward to being a s*x therapist and seeing couples, families, groups, and partners with new credentials! I expect to graduate in April of 2023!
