This past weekend, my husband, Lonnie and I had the incredible opportunity to participate in Imago Couples Therapy clinical training in Bethesda, Maryland. As a Black mental health professional, I’m deeply committed to healing within our communities and strengthening the bonds that hold us together.
Imago’s focus on conscious communication and connection resonates powerfully with the relationship work so many of us are doing—individually, as couples, and as a people.
