Swonger Counseling Services Private practice providing individual mental health counseling to adolescents, teenagers and adults.

Claudia Swonger is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Clinical Qualified Supervisor with a Masters in Arts in Mental Health Counseling degree from Webster University. Claudia provides individual counseling to children ages 10 and up, adolescents and adults. She specializes in grief and loss, depression, anxiety and other mental health concerns. Claudia learned and became fluent in Spanish while she lived and studied abroad. She uses several techniques including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused and Motivational Interviewing. She is certified in Adoption Competency and is in the process of obtaining certification in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Claudia feels honored to be able to accompany and guide her clients in this journey called “Life” and help them reach their full potential and find their purpose. With empathy, understanding, cultural competency, patience and understanding Claudia assists clients in finding inner peace, true joy and their true “Self”.
