Overview
SpaWell is seeking a dual licensed esthetician and massage therapist who is looking to fulfill the role as a part-time team member with 6-8 hour shifts.

Responsibilities
● Adhere to policies of SpaWell
● Operate booking software (Vagaro) to manage personal availability
● Use in-room point-of-sale system to check out clients and make sales of products, packages, and upgrades if applicable
● Perform skincare, massage and body services that meet the established guidelines for the type of service offering and that fulfill guest expectations
● Assess contraindications of guests that may prevent service from taking place
● Meet the needs of the guest at all times throughout the service by checking in throughout treatment
● Clean and disinfect all equipment between clients and on a daily basis
● Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and have complete knowledge of all spa services presently offered
● Understand the ingredients in products and explain their benefits to guests
● Answers guests’ questions in a knowledgeable and professional manner
● Recommend products for home use
● Suggest to guests other beneficial treatments offered in the spa
● Begin and end all treatments on time
● Work assigned schedule and arrive and depart from business with time to perform preparation and cleanup responsibilities
● Ensure that work areas are clean and set according to procedures
● Inform owner about product needs
● Maintain accurate inventory of back bar items (massage cream, skincare products, essential oils, etc.) via in-room point-of-sale system
● Maintain skincare devices and appliances by cleaning, sanitizing, and charging between clients
● Communicate with arriving clients and concierge via in-room phone
● Provide personal attention from the time the client walks through the door
● Educate the guest on the SpaWell experience including a warm greeting, warm neck wrap, bottled water, and introduction to our guest lounge and treatment rooms and ensure an overall seamless experience.
● Make sure the client enters a clean, safe place with the right lighting, music and aromatherapy to ensure a memorable experience
● Remember the small things that make SpaWell unique--the warm inviting neck wrap and personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries
● Attend all scheduled meetings requested by the owner
● Attend scheduled training and development provided by SpaWell
● Report any incidents or accidents to the owner
