Anatomy of the Fascia with (All Levels)
A practical, restorative session using self-myofascial release to ease stiffness, improve mobility, and support your nervous system. Especially helpful after a week of gripping, bracing, and heavy lifting.
Chair + Wall Workshop for Winter Vitality with (Level 2, limited to 15 students)
Using the wall and yoga chair, Petra will refine inversion an backbends that support lung health and lymphatic function - key systems during winter! For those comfortable going upside down and developing their inversion practice.
