Cardio Drum was a ‘full house’ this morn’!! Bringing in the New Year!

In spite of the 14 degree temp - not counting wind chill - students made their way into class and packed out the room.. Everyone ready to break away from the ‘cabin fevers’ after the Grayson Arctic Assault this week! We drummed out a lot of tension and bounced our way back to buoyancy to face yet another week of chillandia!!
