With this transition comes MyChart, your new all‑in‑one health app. Get test results on your phone, message your care team, schedule visits, request prescription refills, and access your health record in one secure place!

If you're already registered for one of our existing platforms, such as Athena or Meditech, you should receive an email or text message with instructions on how to set up your new MyChart account (if you haven't already). Not registered for one of our existing platforms? Not a problem - just ask your provider to send you a link to register for MyChart at your next appointment, or visit us at https://hubs.la/Q0411hYJ0 to learn more!

For more than a year, our Halifax Health team has worked tirelessly - training, problem‑solving, testing, and preparing - all to bring our community the best technology in healthcare.

If you're already registered for one of our existing platforms, such as Athena or Meditech, you should receive an email or text message with instructions on how to set up your new MyChart account. Not registered for one of our existing platforms? Not a problem - just ask your provider to send you a link to register for MyChart at your next appointment. We will discontinue use of Meditech, Athena, and other platforms when we launch MyChart on January 30.
