Staying moving, even when you are sore or ache, is the best way to start feeling better, especially if you can get some sunlight doing it. Take 10-20 minutes to do stretching, mobility, or breathing routine. This can be done in the morning, at lunch time, or at night before you wind down.

This is a great way to help get muscle moving well, along with joints, and reduce those pesky aches and pains.

This compounds habit of drinking water , adding veggies, and habit of more protein. Keep doing the best you can with all the habits so far.

Adding the habit of eating protein with every meal or snack… YIKES!

This is a big one for most people; not eating enough lean protein. Just like week one, let's keep it simple. If you are not a breakfast person try to add eggs, turkey sausage, yogurt, or even a small protein drink to your morning routine.

Have protein snacks for the day and be sure to add a form of protein to your lunch and dinner. This can be small in the beginning, such as doing some tuna in salad, chicken in salad, yogurt, lean beef, protein bar if you must.

Just some form of protein every time you eat or snack. NO heaping piles of peanut butter. Yes it is protein, but let's try good other forms.

Add a handful of vegetables to your plate at every meal. Not only will veggies help with digestion, they also add a little more water into your diet. Eating mixed types of veggies give you vitamins and minerals that you may be lacking.

If you are not a big veggie person, do smaller amounts at first, as the higher fiber suddenly can make you feel more bloated than you like. You can also eat some fruits, like apples, bananas, peaches, oranges, etc. Don't do all the fruit, add veggies of some kind too. If you are going to eat fruit, do it before your mobility routine or midday. Also, adding in a good probiotic, if you don't already take one is a great idea at this stage.

A balanced gut is a big component to staying healthier, reducing sickness, and long term health effects. At this point if you have increased water, you are eating more protein, and moving more, the veggies are going to be a cakewalk for you.

Hydration is the simplest habit to create when it comes to feeling better. Does the following sound like you?

Wake up, go to the bathroom, go to the kitchen, then drink a cup of coffee? At least, similar in nature?
Grab a glass, small Stanley, tumbler, or whatever you like to drink out of; fill with water and ice if you like, and drink that first before any other beverage or food.

That is it!

I do suggest if you use a large drinking cup like a stanley, fill half way or equal to a regular glass.
Every morning, you will perform this habit to get you more hydrated for the day.

Our bodies dehydrate overnight as we sleep, which can cause muscle aches, pain, and tightness throughout the day.

Don't make this the only water you drink throughout the day, but if you are one that is go, go, go on average, set that reminder in your phone to go off every couple hours… ALSO….

Fill up that stanley, tumbler, water cup, or whatever you got before you leave for the day and make sure it is drunk fully at least once before you come home for dinner.
