Five Palms is proud to be a trusted mental health and addiction treatment center in Ormond Beach, FL We believe substance abuse is usually a secondary problem.

With the current rise of COVID-19 cases in the US, Promises Behavioral Health and our family of treatment centers across the nation are working tirelessly to ensure we are exceeding the CDC recommended practices. This includes on-site testing to all incoming patients along with continuous testing of our staff in order to maintain a healthy environment for healing. Promises Five Palms uses only evidence-based addiction and mental health treatment programs. We have a team of experienced, treatment staff who only want to see our clients succeed in recovery. Thus, we treat mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, bipolar, and trauma disorders allowing our clients to heal more completely.
