After years of making my own special batch of homemade vanilla extract, I figured why not enjoy it with others? So I found a store that is going to shelve it! Some of the benefits are its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It also aids in digestion, soothing upset stomach & has calming, mood enhancing effects 😊 It is made with organic vegetable glycerin, vanilla bean pods and water. I love to bake or set intentions with it, even add it to my tea 🥰

It’s that time of year to make an all natural immune booster! Take 1-3 tablespoons in the morning when you feel a scratchy throat coming on 😊

Ingredients:

Lemons - Vitamin C will help boost your immune system and fight infection in your throat, hydrating, anti-inflammatory and the citric acid can help break up mucus

Local honey - soothing sore throats, cough suppressant, energy source and anti-inflammatory

Turmeric - boosts immunity, helps reduce inflammation

Ginger - anti-inflammatory, antioxdiant and antiviral properties, and helps thin down mucus to get rid of it

Make to your desire! I will fill up the jar 1/2 with honey, cut up the rest and throw it in! Leave this in the refrigerator and shake to mix. It creates a syrup within 3-5 days and lasts for six months.

What you’re not changing, you’re choosing.. think about it. Have grace for yourself and ask, am I changing in my life what does not make me whole? The things that I absolutely CAN change, what am I doing to take a small step into another direction more suitable for myself? It’s in those small steps over time where you arrive to the new you.
