As we approach the end of the year, I wanted to share some exciting updates about GloLab's journey and the changes coming our way in 2024.
Firstly, I want to express my gratitude for the incredible support over the past three and a half years.
📅Scheduling Changes:
Starting January 1st, 2024, we'll be making some adjustments to the menu and scheduling and pricing to enhance your experience.
To ensure a smooth transition, I kindly ask everyone to prebook their December appointments for what is remaining as there is less than limited availability.
I am asking all my regular clients to take a look at their calendars for the future to start booking your appointments 6 months or more in advance for the next year.
These can be adjusted as best as possible but this will be a first come first serve basis.
▪️Booking Guidelines:
During this period, changes and cancellations without notice will be more challenging to accommodate. Your understanding during this time is immensely appreciated as we work towards providing the best service to each one of you.
▪️Priority for Regular Clients:
To prioritize my incredible regulars, those who have had at least three appointments within the past year, I will be reaching out to you first. Your loyalty means the world to me, and want to make sure you get your preferred time and day for 2024. I love being a solo provider, and to do this effectively it must remain a team effort🫡
▪️Evolution of Services:
As GloLab continues to grow, our services are evolving too! While our pricing remains fair and transparent, the pricing structure of custom facials and peels will shift. The timing of all custom facials and peels will increase from 60 minutes to 75. This time increase will allow me the to tailor every aspect of your skin without the rush.
▪️Your support has allowed us to thrive, and I can't wait to pamper you with upgraded services in the coming year.
Please note that the online booking portal will be closed from December 15 to December 31, 2023 so if you would like to have an appointment within that time frame, please do so before booking closes.
