I am beyond excited and honored to be facilitating 3 workshops for the children at this year!

I will be guiding an Earth Mandala Scavenger Hunt as well as 2 movement workshops - Centered & Silly: Wiggles, Giggles, & Grounding.

In 2018 I had an experience that changed my life. When I walked up to the red tent at envision, I took my first step back into my body and into my womb.

I’ve been following the red thread ever since.

The red thread has led me to one of my greatest guides & sweetest sisters .yonirituals

Returning to Envision this year, in this way, is just a reminder of the sacred spiral we are all dancing.

I’ll be allowing myself to unravel and rebuild with grounded & clear intention over the next week.

Oh, and I’m gonna boogie on the dance floor until I can’t no more!
