Beginning Nov 3rd we will be making an awesome addition to our regular schedule and implementing a new class... “MetFix Fitness” by Metfix Ormond!

This will show up on the schedule as "The Daily Fix" and will take place every Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the 4:30pm time slot.

This class will use the programming from the Metfix Daily Fix on BrokenScience.org and will be a low tech program that will include a short nutrition discussion at the start of class, then a Warm up, then WOD.

"MetFix Fitness" classes will be a more fitness-centric class focusing on lower barrier to entry movements with a focus on getting people moving.

Metfix Fitness members will have their own punchcard membership good only for Metfix Fitness class, but all regular EOB members are welcome to attend! (standard rates apply).

This new class is perfect for newcomers, our seniors in the community, people recovering from injury, or just anyone who wants to get a sweat on.
