We hosted our Feeding the Culture: Latin Abuelita Night, and it was truly an amazing experience. Everyone came together and got their hands busy preparing fresh pico de gallo and chicken empanadas.

Later that evening, we gathered for a family-style dinner where we enjoyed delicious pork, homemade tortilla chips, rice and beans, along with the pico de gallo and empanadas we made together. For dessert, we had a classic tres leches cake.

It was a wonderful evening filled with learning about Latin culture and enjoying one another’s company.

We celebrated Earth Day with our Garden Club kickoff! 🌱 We got our hands in the soil planting herbs, vegetables, and flowers, and sowed a variety of seeds. We’re so excited to watch everything grow.

It was such a great time reminiscing about gardens we’ve had in the past and making new memories with friends. 💚

This past weekend here at Ormond in the Pines, we hosted our Spring Car Show—and what an incredible time it was! From great music and delicious food to dancing and an amazing variety of antique cars, sports cars, and more, there was something for everyone.

It was especially fun meeting the drivers, hearing their stories, and learning about the work and passion they’ve put into their vehicles. Events like this are all about making memories, connecting with others, and simply enjoying the moment—and we did just that.
