✔ Installed 48 ft of 1" x 10" fascia board
✔ Replaced 18 ft of 1/2" plywood soffit
✔ Applied primer + 2 coats of paint for a clean, polished finish

There is much more to fitness than out lifting the person next to you, for me I think it is a lifestyle and doing it with your best friend (wife) makes it even better. Our purpose is to work with our members ANY age. By helping through mobility, building muscle, loosing weight and point you in the right way with your nutrition.
