La Posada at Pusch Ridge is a Life Plan Community, offering residents a continuum of care and support when needed. Independent living residents can take advantage of Posada Life at Home, which provides a wide range of support services, including assistance with daily activities like dressing, transportation, meal preparation and personal health care management, all while remaining in the comfort of home.

La Posada at Pusch Ridge is proud to be the only Life Plan Community in the area offering RN-led personal care for independent living residents. And we’re just getting started. Phase II will bring assisted living and memory care right to our campus, expanding the support available to residents.
