“Sacred Space.”

This sculpture, created by resident Hugh Thompson, inspires a sense of calm for viewers. The intricate twists of the piece reflect the cycle of action and rest. Hugh shares that he uses running, daily contemplation and other outlets to unwind and refresh. He calls it the “neutral zone,” an in-between place of peace he finds when life is moving fast around him.

Flavors of La Posada at Pusch Ridge.

We’re celebrating National Nutrition Month by sharing a fan-fave dish here in the community: Desert Salmon. This dish features salmon baked with apricot glaze, served over quinoa brown rice pilaf with vegetables and power slaw blend, all drizzled with lemon olive oil. It’s a big hit with residents, and for good reason!

Rediscover yourself at La Posada at Pusch Ridge.

A recent NPR article shared that people are reinventing themselves through discovering new callings, exploring new interests and redefining who they want to become, proving that NOW is always the right time to rediscover yourself.

The freshman class of residents here is embracing this spirit of reinvention! From taking on the next big hiking or biking trail to learning a new hobby like sculpting or starting a memoir in our on-campus writing group, residents are beginning new chapters every day.
