As many of you know I love to learn. This week I had opportunity to attend a cadaver lab at U of A Health Science department here in Tucson and let me tell you this was one of the coolest class room experiences I’ve had. God bless the people who have donated their bodies so others can learn from them. Small class of 10 students and 2 institutions with 30+ bodies to look at touch, move, explore where muscles, tendons, ligaments and nerves are located throughout the body.

How cool is this!! is a true “OG” and would not be the same without her!! The inspiration and motivation she has given to countless athletes over the years is second to none! Continuing to give back to the sport and woman in sport is clearly her life passion. I fell blessed to have been in her presence even for a few minutes. Keep on crawling my friend!!

Super happy for for an unforgettable performance at the 2025 Ironman World Championships!
