🌟 Dr. Alicia Messer, PT is our new rockstar PT at (little delayed on getting this out). She graduated from NAU and has been a clinician in Tucson for many years, primarily working with industrial athletes. She’s also trained in dry needling and, fun fact, is a professional soccer referee ⚽️ in her “free time”

The ideal candidate is committed to delivering top-tier care, is excited about continuous learning, and thrives in a collaborative setting. If you want to evolve in your clinical practice and deliver 1-on-1 care with the aim of being the best you can be, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
* Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
* Deliver hands-on therapy and guide patients through exercises and modalities
* Educate patients and families on home programs and preventative care
* Collaborate with physicians, other therapists, and staff to ensure holistic patient care
* Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with professional and legal standards
* Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuing education opportunities

Qualifications:
* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
* Active [State] Physical Therapy license (or eligible for licensure)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Preferred:
* Experience in outpatient orthopedics or pelvic health
* Board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist (OCS) or intent to pursue that designation and/or fellowship training
* Familiarity with EMR systems and clinical documentation

Dr. Sayeg has joined our group of rockstar physical therapists at bringing his enthusiasm and experience treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions.

Alfredo is board-certified in orthopedic PT and has undergone additional training in dry needling, blood flow restriction, and advanced therapeutic exercise.
