Grief and anxiety can feel overwhelming, but even in those moments, your breath can be a powerful tool for calm. 🤍
There is a real, physical connection between your breathing and your ability to manage stress and anxiety. Try this simple exercise when things feel heavy:
✨ Find a comfortable place to sit
✨ Breathe in deeply and silently count to 4
✨ Hold your breath and count to 7
✨ Slowly breathe out as you count to 8
✨ Repeat 3–7 times, allowing your body to settle
Give yourself permission to pause, breathe, and take things one moment at a time.
