The Bible uses imagery of water to describe the renewing and refreshing of life through Jesus (the living water). So get in the shower, say a prayer, and let the water (AND the living water) refresh and renew your health and mood.

Children= 10,000-15,000+ steps/day
Adults= 10,000+ steps/day
Adults over the age of 60= 7,500+ steps/day
