1. Decide which time works best for you: Wednesdays at 10:00am or 5:30pm
2. Put on comfortable clothing - yoga pants NOT required. 😉
3. Get yourself to the studio 5 minutes before start time: 627 Market St., Osage City
4. Walk through the door.

And I'll take it from there. I have all the props you'll need. I'll walk you through set-up. I'll answer any questions. And I'll guide you through the gentle practice.

Another Digestion Tip...

And it has nothing to do with food. Yes, of course, you want to eat a nutrient dense, fiber-full diet. But! The more time we devote to digesting our experiences, our emotions, our thoughts - the better equipped we are to physically digest our food. It's all connected.
