💊 Drug Take Back Day – April 25th

National Prescription Drug Take Back Day serves as an important reminder to safely dispose of unused or expired medications. Keeping them in the home can increase the risk of misuse, accidental poisoning, and environmental harm.

Take a few minutes to clean out your medicine cabinet this spring and use the local drop-off locations.

Small steps make a big difference for your family and community.

MCRHC’s new Therapy Center is set to open Monday, May 4, on Pine Street in Osage, and we are excited to share the progress. The finishing touches are now coming together quickly!

Our physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services will relocate from the current Osage location on 8th St. to the new Pine Street Pavilion (right around the corner!). The new facility will feature a children’s therapy gym, created specifically to support our youngest patients in a welcoming and engaging environment tailored to their needs. The Senior Life Solutions program will also be located in this new space.

We look forward to opening the doors and welcoming patients, families, and the community very soon!

Many falls happen because of everyday hazards we can easily fix. Start with what’s under your feet!

âś… Keep cords and wires out of areas where you walk
âś… Remove loose carpets and throw rugs
✅ If you use rugs, choose ones with non‑skid backing
✅ Tack down carpets securely so they don’t slip or curl
âś… Clean up clutter, especially near staircases and in hallways

👟 Clear, clutter‑free walkways help you stay steady and confident at home. Small changes can make a big difference in preventing falls.
