Yesterday’s music entertainment with Brandon and Heidi was full of holiday cheer! Residents and staff sang along to all their favorite Christmas tunes, shared lots of laughs, and truly had a blast. Thank you, Brandon and Heidi, for spreading the festive spirit and making the day so memorable! ❤️✨

🎄💚How the Grinch Stole… BINGO!💚🎄

Today’s bingo came with a Grinchy twist! The Grinch himself stopped by to “help” with bingo, and let’s just say he may have tried to steal more than just the spotlight 😄

There were plenty of laughs, smiles, and holiday cheer as our residents enjoyed a fun-filled game that had everyone in great spirits. It turns out the Grinch didn’t steal bingo after all — he made it even better!✨️🎄

🌟 Friday Faces Staff Spotlight 🌟

Meet Kayla, our wonderful Activities Director here at Osage Health Care Center! Kayla has been in her current role for a little over 2 years, but her journey with us began an incredible 17 years ago. She started as a housekeeper, then advanced to CNA, became a med aide, and now brings joy and energy to our residents every day as our Activities Director.

Kayla truly has a heart for what she does. She loves her residents, loves to make them laugh, and especially loves helping them feel good about themselves. Her positive spirit and caring nature shine through in everything she does, and our residents absolutely adore her.

💙 Shoutout to you, Kayla! Thank you for your dedication, your laughter, your kindness, and for being such an important part of the Osage family. We are so thankful for you and all that you do! 💙

✨️🎄Yesterday we had so much fun getting creative during our Make a Gift Day activity! 🎁✨ Our residents made beautiful Christmas ornaments using air-dry clay, and the creativity was amazing to see. The ornaments are now drying and will be painted and finished soon—stay tuned to see the final results! 😊

Our residents played Bingo with a festive twist — they had to gobble instead of shout “Bingo!” Our housekeeper even dressed up as a turkey and helped out, along with our activity director’s two daughters. So many laughs and so much holiday cheer! 😊

She was inspired to work in this field by growing up with both that were CNAs and discovering a passion for caring for others and making a real difference in their lives. Her favorite part of her job is connecting with residents, listening to their stories, and helping them feel good about themselves. 😊
