Nurse’s we are looking for you to fill a Charge Nurse position!

The Charge Nurse is responsible to oversee and administer healthcare services to our Seniors. The Charge Nurse supervises the nurse aides, is a point of contact for families and works directly with local physicians, pharmacists and other specialists. The applicant must have good communication skills, be organized and relate well to Seniors. We are looking for "smile facilitators" to join our team and make a difference in the lives of our elderly residents.

Full Time or Part Time hours available. 8 or 12 hour shifts available. Shift differentials are provided.

Faith Home is a 50-bed nursing home and part of the Faith Lutheran Home campus CCRC. We are a faith-based nonprofit that just celebrated our 59th year of service.

Dietary Supervisor Opening

Faith Lutheran Home Campus is seeking a Dietary Supervisor to oversee dietary service operations across our campus. This leadership role is responsible for managing the Dietary Department and ensuring high-quality meal service for our residents. This is a full-time position with benefits.

Applicants must possess a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification or be willing and able to obtain the certification (cost covered by the facility).

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of:

Modified food textures
Therapeutic diet requirements
Food preparation and safety
Infection control procedures
Staff supervision and scheduling
Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills are essential. Candidates must demonstrate a “resident-first” philosophy and a commitment to providing excellent care and service.

The Dietary Department currently includes 14 team members and provides:

Three meals per day to the nursing home and assisted living residents
One meal per day to residents in the independent living building
