📣 Exciting Update for Our Office! 📣

I’m excited to share we’re transitioning to a new software for patient communication and online scheduling. 🎉

✨ How it will be better for you:

📞 Text messages will now come from our office phone number (no more separate number to remember!)

🗓️ Our website will soon have two schedulers:
• New patient scheduler: Dedicated appointment times allowing enough time for a consultation, examination and goal setting
• Existing patient scheduler: Easily book regular adjustments or schedule longer visits for new injuries or changes in your condition

⏱️ Haven’t been in for 90 days? You’ll be prompted to schedule an update consultation so we can properly reassess your care.

⚠️ Quick heads-up: During the transition, you may receive duplicate reminder texts for a short time as we fine-tune things—thanks for your patience!

📱 We’ll also be phasing out our current patient app when the new online scheduling feature is fully integrated to our website.

As always, my goal is to provide efficient care, clear communication and a great experience—both in and out of the office. If you have any questions, reach out!
