Congrats to our 2025 Galeon GOAT, Jessica Merten,RN!

When a person decides to become a nurse, they make the most important decision of their lives. They choose to dedicate themselves to the care of others.

Jess became a part of our Galeon family back in March of 2017, starting as a CNA. She has since gone onto become an LPN and recently became an RN.

Jess is calm and understanding, especially when patients are difficult or going through a tough time. She seeks to maintain a welcoming and cheerful environment for residents, families, and other staff. Jess has done such an excellent job and is a very deserving individual of the GOAT award.

Employee of the Month Spotlight

Our December Employee of the Month is Jeannie Farr!

Jeannie has been an employee at Galeon in our Housekeeping Department since July of this year. Jeannie is a go getter and is a very hard worker. You never know where you will see her cleaning. At times you can even find her behind the piano cleaning. She receives many compliments from residents and family members on what a great job she does cleaning. Thank you, Jeannie, for all your hard work!!
