Employee of the Month Spotlight!

Our February Employee of the Month is Heidi Lavelle!

Heidi has been with Galeon since September 2025. Although she hasn't been here long, she has quickly become a knowledgeable and well-liked employee amongst the residents and her co-workers. Heidi always has a smile and warm greeting to anyone she meets.

We are proud to have Courtney on our team and support her as Galeon's Chamber Representative!

Today’s “meet the board” is Courtney Mahutga. Courtney grew up in southern Minnesota and relocated to the area for college. Courtney has worked at Galeon going on 13 years, after getting married in 2017 made Osakis home in 2018. In her spare time, she enjoys all things Disney and spending time with her husband and 2 kids, 2 and 6. Courtney is enjoying helping in the community and getting to know new people. She’s looking forward to a great year serving the Osakis community as the chamber secretary.

Cookies, cocoa, and lots of smiles ☕🍪 Our residents enjoyed customizing their own hot chocolate complete with whipped cream, chocolate chips, marshmallows, and a drizzle (or two) of chocolate syrup.

We had 6 delicious contenders battling it out, but only one bowl could reign supreme. Congratulations to the Lasagna Soup for taking home the Golden Ladle as our very first champion! 🏆

Employee of the Month Spotlight!

Our January Employee of the Month is Azsa Davidson!

Asza is a joy to be around and to work with. She has a strong work ethic and is very dependable. Asza has great teamwork and is willing to pick up shifts. She is caring and empathetic with our residents and their families. She is one of our mentors on the PM/NOC shift and always maintains an optimistic outlook. Asza has been a fantastic addition to our Galeon team. Congratulations Azsa!
