Not everything is what it seems…
I hate to be the one to break it to you but there is no “magic pill” that will suddenly change everything always and forever…
Yes, there are strategies that will greatly improve weight loss efforts, but this doesn’t mean that you will never have a “bad day”...
There will still be days when….
Your overwhelm and frustration gets the best of you.
Despite sticking to a “perfect” plan…things will go off the rails.
You binge-eat a bag of Oreo cookies
You hit the snooze button and don’t have enough time to pack your lunch for the day
You decide to watch TV instead of going for a walk
I just want you to know that this is completely normal and a one-off moment or bad day doesn't need to turn into anything more…
It is important to keep the perspective that transformation is not a destination…It's a continuous series of steps that lead you haphazardly to your goal…
