Protect Yourself This Flu Season!

Flu season is approaching. Getting your yearly flu shot is one of the easiest ways to stay healthy. The vaccine can help prevent illness or reduce symptoms if you do get sick.

Everyone 6 months and older should get vaccinated, according to the CDC. It’s especially important for pregnant individuals and those with ongoing health conditions.

Stay proactive this winter! Call us at 417-646-5075 to schedule your flu shot or learn more.

🎃 Keep Halloween Fun and Safe! 👻

Halloween is an exciting night for kids. Help keep it safe with these simple tips.

Costume Safety: Choose fire-resistant costumes, add reflective tape or glow sticks and use makeup instead of masks.

Trick-or-Treating: Young children should have an adult with them. Plan safe, well-lit routes and remind kids not to enter strangers’ homes. Wait until home to check treats.

Drivers: Slow down, stay alert and watch for children in dark clothing.

Have a safe and happy Halloween!
