Are you “good” during the week and then tend to slip on the weekends?��You CAN break this cycle and stay on track with your fat loss.

The thing is, once you sustainably reach your goal, you ARE that new weight now. Last weekend we traveled to Austin, TX for a business trip (we missed you, Meg!), and left feeling completely speechless of the OPPORTUNITIES we have for impact, growth, and fulfillment.

• the foundation you’re building from is one of the most important aspects of personal growth (water and veggies matter a lottttttt 😉)
• in order to take any next step, you need to understand where you want to be in five years
• only YOU are in charge of your future; you determine who you’re surrounded by
• that dream on your heart is there for a reason!!! Don’t give up on it!!!
• find a group of people that make you better!! If they drain your energy, you need to reevaluate who’s in your inner circle
