As of April 1st premium tax credit calculations for the Marketplaces on HealthCare.gov are now adjusted so that most consumers qualify for more substantial advance payments of premium tax credits. Many Americans on the Marketplaces will see their premiums decrease, on average, by $50 per person per month and $85 per policy per month. An average of four out of five consumers currently enrolled in a plan through HealthCare.gov will be able to find a plan for $10 or less per month with the newly expanded financial assistance under the American Rescue Plan. Additionally, after advance payments of the premium tax credits, an average of three out of five uninsured adults eligible for coverage on HealthCare.gov may be able to access a zero-premium plan and nearly three out of four may find a plan for $50 or less per month on HealthCare.gov.

1) If you don't want to make a change do nothing.
2) You must re-pick a plan to receive lower rates.
3) Your deductibles and out of pocket maximums already met, will start over, and you will lose what you already paid in.

The Biden-Harris Administration announced the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARP) will help to reduce health care costs, expand access to coverage, and ensure nearly everyone who buys their own individual or family health insurance through a Marketplace can receive a tax credit to reduce their premiums. The ARP not only provides the resources for America to beat this pandemic, but it also expands access to health insurance coverage, lowers costs, and ensures that health care truly is a right for all Americans.

The fact sheets cover more details on the provisions to be implemented April 1. Look for more communication from CMS over the next week for training sessions that will provide more information.

All Network Health Medicare Advantage PPO, HMO and SNP members will receive a $200 benefits card!

Can be used for Medicare-covered medical services, prescription drugs and supplemental services. Card will be mailed to members by the end of June.

NOTE: Members who enroll in the plan with effective dates of July 1 through November 1 will also receive the $200 Benefits Card.

Temporary Change to the Medicaid Purchase plan Work Requirements : "In response to the COVID-19, we are temporarily changing program rules to help protect your health and safety during this time. Starting right away, we are removing the work requirement for the Medicaid Purchase Plan. You will not lose your Medicaid Purchase Plan benefits because you are not able to work as the result of the COVID-10 pandemic. You do still need to let your agency know if your job has ended, or any other chanages, even if it is for a short time only.
